Casa De Otay has two locations in Otay Ranch, Chula Vista. The Casa is at 1665 Metro Ave Suite 100, open daily 8 AM to 4 PM. The Casita is a shipping container cafe in Metro Park at 1964 Optima St, open Monday through Friday 7 AM to 12 PM and weekends 8 AM to 12 PM.
